Step 1 of the Spartan real estate process includes gathering the best pricing data available to help us create a free home valuation.

At this phase, we collect nearby comparable sales to help us and our sellers decide on a good listing price.

We will also create a budget and timeline for the project. 

Spartan then goes the extra mile with managing the needed upgrades and remodeling to maximize profits with no upfront investment by the home owners!

STEP 2  

SPARTAN  PAYS FOR UPGRADES, LABOR AND MATERIAL COSTS

Preparing your property for sale includes needed updates to make sure you are in the best position to require the highest possible return on your investment. 

Spartan manages the needed upgrades and remodeling to make sure they are of the highest quality and meet our set timelines and budget.  

STEP 3 

LIST AND SELL WITHIN 45 DAYS

In Step 3 Spartan will list and sell your completed remodeled home within 45 days (on average).

We list your property to position it to sell quickly for the highest possible return.

We will also provide professional design support, which will include kitchen, bath, and room design, staging, professional photos, and a 3-D virtual tour.

Additionally, we will market your home through our large database of local real estate professionals. We take care of all the details, from listing to closing.

All you have to do is keep up with taxes, insurance, and mortgage payment, if applicable.
